Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31.03.2025

Your privacy matters. This page outlines how I collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with my website or services. I’m committed to handling your data with transparency, care, and respect.

01 — Personal Information

When you get in touch via the contact form or sign up for my newsletter, I may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and any details you choose to share. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, manage ongoing communication, or send you occasional updates (only if you’ve opted in).

02 — How Your Data Is Stored

All data is stored securely. I use Outlook as my email provider, and both my inbox and devices are password-protected. I keep personal data for no longer than necessary — typically 12 months from the date of your enquiry, unless we continue working together. In such cases, the data may be retained for an additional 12 months as needed to support the project.

03 — Newsletter

If you subscribe to my newsletter, rest assured it’s fully GDPR-compliant. You will have opted in voluntarily, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email.

04 — Cookies & Analytics

My website uses cookies to improve your experience and help me understand how visitors interact with the site. I use tools like Google Analytics to gather anonymous usage data. By using this site, you consent to the use of cookies. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

05 — Third-Party Tools

This site may link to external services like Calendly (for booking consultations), Google Fonts, and an external newsletter platform. These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies. I encourage you to review their terms if you interact with them through my site.

06 — Sharing Information

I do not sell your data to anyone. However, in cases where a project requires collaboration, I may share relevant client information with trusted contractors or collaborators involved in delivering the work. This is done on a need-to-know basis and always with your best interest in mind.

07 — Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, edit, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. If you’d like to do so, just send me an email at rafaeltsantes@hotmail.com.

08 — Children’s Privacy

This website and my services are not intended for users under the age of 16. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

09 — Updates to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the way I work or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted here with a revised date.
